CPG Operations Consulting

For CPG brands that need support organizing, improving, or problem-solving the backend of their business.

This may include inventory tracking, production planning, fulfillment support, distributor communication, 3PL coordination, Shopify operations, Amazon support, reporting, wholesale order tracking, and SOP creation.

Investment: $80/hour

Best for: growing CPG brands that need operational support, clearer systems, and an extra set of eyes behind the scenes.

As Needed Support

For business owners who need support here and there, without committing to a monthly package.
